One of our designers will walk the property with you, and listen to what you  envision as the end result. This includes a comprehensive discussion about how the property will be used. We study the intensity of use at different points of the calendar, parking, access to your home, and outdoor living spaces. Taking in mind these critical components, we will design a clean plan that complements the age and style of your home, and that is also proportional to your site.

Project Management:

McNamara Bros., Inc. excels in managing all aspects of your landscape project from start to finish. We coordinate with other site contractors to ensure that the project progresses in a logical sequence. Our project manager will communicate directly with you and our crews so that your plan meets or exceeds expectations.

Site Preparation

Good site preparation is the foundation of a good landscape installation. A beautiful and functional landscape is the result of a well-developed design, and proper site preparation is vital to the success of any land development. Pre-planning includes:

Planting

McNamara Bros., Inc. will implement your planting plan, including the installation of trees, shrubs, ornamental grasses, and annual and perennial flowers. We take care to use proper soil amendments to ensure the growth and health of each plant.

Each element of the landscape and design plan is detailed including materials, timetable and cost. McNamara Bros., Inc. prides itself on completing projects on time and on budget. Lawn Installation

McNamara Bros., Inc installs both sod and seed lawns. We will assess your existing soil conditions, watering capabilities, and the sun and shade exposure. Once all the factors are evaluated, we prepare a custom seed mix or suggest the appropriate blend of sod.

Irrigation

McNamara Bros., Inc. will design, install, and maintain an in-ground irrigation system for healthy lawns and gardens. We install systems for projects as large as town athletic fields and as small as individual perennial and vegetable gardens. Irrigation is a critical part of maintaining your investment.
